Education Award
SOROPTIMIST INTERNATIONAL OF CAPE MAY COUNTY (SICMC)
IS SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR OUR 2026 EDUCATION AWARDS
SICMC is offering awards of $2000 each to two female Cape May County
residents who are looking to major and/or continue in the field of education.
We are looking for applicants who have financial need, academic excellence,
and a commitment to helping others.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Be a female residing in Cape May County.
2. Have confirmation of enrollment or have applied to and been accepted to an
accredited community college, college, or university for studies in the field of
education.
3. Demonstrate leadership potential. Applicant should show her leadership
qualities through participation in school and/or community activities.
4. Demonstrate financial need. Applicant should indicate how the award may
help her to afford college expenses.
